Tancredo Neves Campus



The Tancredo Neves Campus is the UFSJ campus with the largest extension, with an area five times bigger than the other campuses combined. This UFSJ facility is located on the margins of the highway BR 494.

Currently, this campus offers undergraduate courses in Administration, Applied Arts, Architecture and Urban Planning, Accountancy, Computer Science, Economic Sciences, Social Communication (Journalism), Physical Education, Geography, Music, Theatre, and Animal Husbandry. 

Besides having a modern indoor gymnasium and buildings that house several labs, the Music Department building, that has special acoustic treatment, stands out. Attached to this campus is the Risoleta Neves Experimental Farm, run by Epamig, a company linked to the state government, that carries out local agricultural research.
