INDETEC is a hybrid incubator, its infrastructure is composed of physical facilities and human resources aimed at the growth of technology-based and traditional companies. In this way, the incubator seeks to attend the traditional regional economic sectors (as to the need to develop new products, processes and services to remain competitive in the market) and also stimulates the development of technologies aimed at regional demands.

 

Together with its partners, INDETEC will seek to give courses that aim to qualify professionals and improve work techniques, enabling the continuity and growth of the incubated companies. In this way, the new incubated enterprises will incorporate a high degree of technical, scientific and managerial knowledge into their productive process, contributing to the strengthening of the local entrepreneurial culture.

 

Thus, INDETEC will open paths for the transformation of ideas into products, processes or services, and for the creation and maturation of companies through access to a support infrastructure.
